How much time do you need for an order?
Usually 2 days. The earlier, the better. So I can shop, storyboard and create. If you need something custom, please specify. And as always exceptions are made, of course! Holiday bookings should definitely be sooner than later.
Are boards/ boxes exactly as pictured?
No. Each board is completely unique and custom made. But not too far off. I try and use the most fresh, local and seasonal products I can find based on availability.
Can they substitute a meal?
That’s up to you! They are definitely big and filling but charcuterie and cheeses are generally put in the appetizer category.
How are you staying safe during Covid?
Gloves, masks, tons of hand washing. Tons of food washing. From shopping to creating to delivery/ pickup. I’m also getting Covid tests regularly. I am FULLY Vaccinated and boosted.
Do you deliver outside of Manhattan?
Yes, within reason. I live and work in Manhattan and because New York is so spread out, it may be expensive to deliver. But I do my absolute best stay deliver at a reasonable rate. Generally in Manhattan, I will deliver for $25 or less, but if I have to take a LYFT or use a courier, I will let you know and factor the cost. But I may need to raise that depending on time/ cost/ travel. Outside Manhattan, let's chat. Please understand.
Do you accept tips?
Yes! And so grateful for them. Think of all the running parts of a kitchen from shopping to food prep, to delivery. Tips are awesome!
Are there refunds?
No refunds. So sorry. I’m such a small business and once food is bought, I’m stuck with it. I’m open to moving a set date if we can make it work. I want you happy! If something wasn’t to your liking, let’s talk.
Can I pay cash upon pickup?
No cash. I prefer for orders to be prepaid through Venmo, CashApp, Square, or Zelle. Mostly so we can make the exchange as Covid safe as possible and also because once an order is paid, it is confirmed and it’s yours!
